If you have 3 no shows we can’t book you for the next appointment.
After 3 no shows, you may try to walk in or you can prepay for your service to guarantee it.
Also, if you do not cancel your appointment within two hours on that same day as appointment, it will also be counted as a no show.
We don’t want to miss out on clients that could take that spot if it is canceled in time.
We want to keep each and every one of you happy with these few changes and hope you all understand why we have to do this.
